external charm palatial room really good help great value
i was impressed by the external charm of the hotel! my 'attic triple room tower view' was palatial. the staff offered help that were really nice my expectations. i found the hotel stay provided great value!
The towels had a peculiar smell. This was the only slight negative point.

convenient parking room check-in
I found on-site parking very convenient. the staff completed our check-in from our room. I appreciated that. but it was hard to roll our luggage through the rocks!

easy check-in quick check-in great location perfect sightseeing cooled air still warm air conditioner
the check-in process was quick. i was happy to find that i could check in 30 minutes early. the location is great for sightseeing since the tower is just around the corner.
the air conditioner blew the cooled air straight up. the room was still warm. i found this to be a downside.

The location proved really good, placing me within a short walk to the main attractions. i found the staff friendly. the hotel presented itself well. The rooms had character and were quite spacious. i appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness.

an alright experience
nice staff desk clerk hot room broken aircon
staff were very nice. desk clerks was also very nice. the lady, she make breakfast EACH morning.
the room, it were SO hot and stuffy. unbearable to sleep at night. the bathroom radiator were on AT all times. air con, it DIDN'T work.
