I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. the location proved central but very quiet. i also appreciated the superb restaurant. The meals tasted delicious, and the environment was quite serene.
i found that rooms are located on the ground level. this impacted the view negatively. i could not really see anything outside the window.

the location was acceptable for accessing various attractions.
The breakfast options were limited. The presentation lacked care. the staff member, sara, was not friendly, displaying little hospitality. this poor service extended to the reception, where elena also lacked cordiality.

i stayed in a beautiful king suite and it was beautiful. the room included separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a real plus. the location allowed easy walks to many landmarks.
the breakfast options were limited, the breads looked old and the juices seemed artificial.
