The grounds resemble a park it is spacious. I found secure parking and well-kept walkways. Breakfast featured a diverse selection of foods it tasted very good. The main building has older architectural style that added to the location.

I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and rude. They provided no information about breakfast, dinner, or the pool. There was a long queue for breakfast because there was not enough space for all guests when it rained, I was very disappointed.

The outdoor pool will be closed starting from 21 September. An indoor heated pool is available in the wellness centre for hotel guests, but access must be booked directly with the spa staff.

Are spa facilities included in my booking, such as access to the swimming pool and sauna?
