charming stay in the city!

cooled room quick check-in really good amenities peaceful pool area

I was greeted with friendly faces upon arrival, and check-in was quick. my room was cooled just right, which i needed after a long journey. the amenities were really good, including complimentary teas and coffees. the pool area was peaceful and sunny until late. i really loved the courtyard. it felt safe to walk to the main bars and restaurants. It's only a short stroll away.

i found the soap and shampoo bars to be not very practical, unfortunately.

The aronia elevated suite had an amazing, spacious layout with thoughtful details. interesting books and vinyl records immersed me in the musical history. That was a beautiful touch. i was like i was in an really good oasis of calm.

The room has modern technology controlled by a mobile app. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The pool is beautiful. The hotel gave me the room several hours before the official check in time. Breakfast was free since I arrived on an early morning flight.

faulty air conditioning poor breakfast

The room was cooled upon my arrival. The room also had free amenities like teas and coffees.

The air conditioning did not work correctly (it was hot on one side and cold on the other). The staff were not willing to make any exceptions to provide breakfast earlier than 7:30 am, despite my early departure. I asked for a rate adjustment to reflect this, but it was denied, and they offered sandwiches, which I never received.
