a MIXED experience overall

curt staff reneged promise

the location was acceptable near the seaside.

the staff was curt during interactions. they assured US about storing luggage post-check-out free, but then reneged on the promise. subsequently, they offered a space in an unused room and an annex a short distance away FOR A FEE.

unhelpful staff limited breakfast

the staff acted like i was bothering them. THEY clearly did not want to help with anything. Asking for directions was like pulling teeth. i also found the breakfast options very limited, offering mostly sweet items. it really lacked savory choices, forcing me to find other places for a decent start to my day.

sea proximity historical site early check-in basic room missing desk limited storage

i was pleased to find the location so close to the sea and various dining options. the hotel's proximity to historical sites like the jewish baths was definitely a plus. i also appreciated the early check-in, which really helped us settle in without delay.

i noticed the room felt quite basic. there was no desk or dressing table available. storing clothes proved difficult due to a lack of drawers or suitable surfaces.

great location valet service dusty room induction cooktop

The hotel is in a great location (easy to reach main attractions). Valet service for my car was a real bonus. It took the stress out of parking my car somewhere.

The room was a bit dusty. Our little kitchen had an induction cooktop, but only one of the pans in this room could be used.
