spacious room excellent staff beautiful setting
the room was spacious it had a timeless simplicity the views were great the staff were excellent they provided perfect service the two pools were a joy to relax beside the breakfast buffet was sumptuous it was of the highest quality i can recommend this spot wholeheartedly. the hotel is right next to the national park it's only a few minutes walk from the crab market food and beach the hotel has been designed beautifully it blends with the natural environment the rooms have lots of space. the two swimming pools made my holiday the hotel is in a beautiful setting it's close to kep which is a short walk

poor maintenance dated facilities
The breakfast buffet offered many choices, fitting different tastes.
The hotel seemed dated, and facilities suffered from poor maintenance. The room felt old, and the bathrooms were not well kept. The value for money was poor. I would not stay here again.

Tranquil stay amidst nature
wooden walkway private access helpful staff
I appreciated the aesthetics of the whole place. Wooden walkways connected the reception, rooms, restaurant, and pools. I stayed in the Stone Room. It had private access to the garden pool. I found the reception staff helpful. They arranged a trip to Rabbit Island.
The hotel is up a steep hill near the national park. Walks to the crab market and the main beach require planning. Food was left outside our room upon arrival and remained there until departure.

Two large pools offer nice spaces for relaxation. The pools were generally clean and provided a quiet environment. It is good.

Breakfast offered good choices. It included western and eastern cuisines. I noted that the restaurant provided amazing sunset views. I liked the pizza at the restaurant. It had a perfectly roasted crust.

The location was surrounded by the national park. It had a peaceful vibe. The resort is a short walk to the famous crab market. The hotel offers a good moment of pause.

dated room poor maintenance
the staff were friendly enough and tried their best to help.
my room felt quite dated. maintenance seemed to be lacking, the towels had a strange smell and the facilities did not feel well maintained. the value did not align with the quality of the experience.
