limited hot waterinadequate soundproofing
i encountered a few issues that need addressing. firstly, the limited hot water supply in the evenings made showering less comfortable. secondly, i noticed that the soundproofing in the rooms was not adequate, as i could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway (it was a real inconvenience).

The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a large variety of food.
The pool looked old. It needed some tlc. i was told there would be a toddler pool. It really wasn't suitable for my little one. the airport transfer i booked never arrived, so i got a taxi instead.

the grounds are gorgeous, super well maintained. i loved walking around! the complimentary airport transfers were right on time. our room was clean and spacious. the bed felt amazing.
the beach had a few more people further up.

Blissful Beachfront Escape!

The hotel's location is seriously perfect. It's close to great spots for shopping and delicious food, but it's also tucked away from the main street. This gives you a really peaceful, quiet stay which is what I needed. I found the staff super friendly, always ready to help with genuine smiles.
Honestly, the only tiny thing was the gym. It felt a bit small for the size of the hotel.

The staff were amazing. They offered ginger tea and made special meals when I wasn't feeling great. Their attentiveness and willingness to help.

The hotel has a clean beach right in front, and the pool area never felt crowded even during peak hours. I loved their policy about sunbeds as it means that seats are actually available. There is also a well-equipped gym.

Breakfast was a complete knockout, fitting every taste with both asian and european options. There was a large array of fresh fruits and juices. This diversity and freshness made breakfast an absolute highlight of the day.
