The rooftop area features a swimming pool with panoramic views of Tenerife's northern coast and La Palma. The rooftop solarium includes an outdoor Jacuzzi and a restaurant. A second solarium with sun beds and Balinese beds is on the first floor, and a garden Jacuzzi is on the ground floor. Two energy-free rooms are available for electrosensitive guests, along with special rooms for guests with reduced mobility.

Hotel Vallemar is located on Avenida Colón in the tourist center of Puerto de la Cruz, next to the Lago Martiánez saltwater pool complex. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and leisure spots. The hotel is 19 miles from Tenerife Norte Airport and 0.6 miles from Puerto de la Cruz Bus Station. An airport transfer service is available for a surcharge.
