The cleaning wasn't great . one day the staff forgot to make the bed. on another occasion, they took two towels but only replaced one. i even found a hole in the bedsheets.

i liked how friendly the staff were. the hotel's location was also perfect for exploring. i appreciated how easy it was to find my way around from there. the receptionists were very NICE to me.

the beds were UNcomfortable unfortunately. the cleanliness was just okay. i also noticed the room felt quite dark and the furnishings seemed dated. i could hear a lot of noise from both the neighboring rooms and the courtyard.

excellent locationdaily cleaningrooftop access

the location was excellent. i was right in the center with easy access to everything! it was great for walks and close to many shopping areas. the rooftop access offered some nice views. the room was surprisingly clean and the cleaning was done daily.

The elevator was not working . It was a bit of a climb!
