The minibar in my Twin Room was not working. I wanted a cold drink, but it was room temperature. the soundproofing wasn't great. I heard street noise late into the night. I needed earplugs to sleep. The walls seem thin.

Miguel at reception was helpful, giving us useful local advice and directions. I found the hotel and my room to be very clean and well-appointed with necessary amenities. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.. and the location was convenient, being a short walk to the metro. The connections to the city center were good.

I noticed a slight noise issue coming from the street, even though I was on the upper floors.

The breakfast offered a good selection of choices to guests. Mario gave suggestions for nearby food places. It featured many restaurants, food markets, and supermarkets within a short walking distance.
