The rooftop pool was fine. Extra towels were always available , made swimming even better! i appreciated the free shuttle bus, it's such a handy service especially for getting around easily. food was tasty. i especially liked that the staff were nice and helpful too!

honestly? the room was a little old. i mean everything else was so great, it stood out. a blanket wasn't initially on the bed either, it was in the closet, but i found it eventually.

The staff are nice. My room, a Double or Twin Room, was clean and spacious. The hotel let me store my bags, and they cared for them well.

The shower floor was slippery. The room lacked a hot pot for coffee. The hotel location is far from town, and trips were expensive.

Adequate stay with some issues

excellent staff good care poor air conditioning connecting door

The front desk staff was excellent. I especially want to recognize Leticia for being so kind and helpful to us. She really made a difference. The hotel also allowed us to store our bags for a while that helped a lot. They took good care of them too.

The air conditioning was not great. I also noted a connecting door inside the room. It opened to another room. A conference at the hotel made noise go straight into my room since the conference room was adjacent to my room. That happened in the morning.
