The room was a Triple Room and provided ample space for luggage. I found a supermarket right across the street. The staff offered helpful guidance about transportation.

The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, it only had on and off settings.

peeling wallpaper mold concern

The breakfast offered a wide selection of items.

The family room was subpar. Exiting the elevator on the first floor, there was a distinct feeling of age and uncleanliness. Wallpaper peeled from the walls. I also noticed what was to be MOLD on the ceiling. This was a major concern, especially considering this room is intended for families. The conditions did NOT reflect a 4-star hotel.

friendly staff metro information underground parking

The reception staffs were friendly. Alejandro gave excellent information. He helped us with the Metro. The underground parking was a bonus.

I could hear noise from other rooms. The soundproofing at the hotel was not good. It did not allow us to rest during the night.

cracked walls cramped space

The hotel's location is fairly convenient, close to a metro station.

The room I got was disappointing. It felt dated. There were noticeable cracks in the walls, and the space felt cramped. The window view wasn't great either. It overlooked some unappealing apartments.
