I found the staff very helpful. the location was super convenient with bus stops right outside! plus, the room was spacious. I especially liked the big, comfortable beds.

Honestly, the stairs were a pain with heavy bags because the reception is on the second floor. also. I noticed a slight smell of cigarettes in the hallways. Even though it's a non-smoking place.

i found the location quite convenient (i walked a lot!). metro access was straightforward, and i easily reached the city center. the staff, especially at the front desk, were helpful with directions. nearby shops and restaurants provided diverse options for meals and quick needs.

i had to carry my bags up a flight of stairs, tiring after a long journey. maybe they can add a ramp.

the staff were very polite and helpful. the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. i also appreciated the proximity to a 24-hour store, very convenient for late-night needs.

i noticed the mattress was quite soft with springs, which gave me some back pain. i would have preferred a firmer mattress for better support.

the bus station near the hotel, very handy. i found a shopping center close, so that was nice. i liked that the staff were friendly at the reception. the room size was nice too, i had plenty of space.

there was a slight issue with the wifi in the room, it wasn't very stable sometimes.
