I must point out shortcomings. The provided WiFi did not function reliably. I expect seamless connectivity. the absence of a mini fridge within the room proved inconvenient. I require cold beverages readily accessible.

The hotel is near the train station. it is close to the retiro park and prado museum. the staff helped me. They were friendly.

The room was quite small. there was no mini fridge available. the wifi security seemed questionable. I avoided sensitive activities online.

Excellent Location and Clean Room

convenient location helpful staff

The location near the train station, museums, and restaurants proved very convenient. The staff accommodated a change to my non-refundable stay due to a transportation strike. I found the room super clean and well-organized. It was easy to relax after a busy day. I will stay there again in the future.

The walls are thin. I could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This disrupted my sleep and overall experience.
