clean hotel helpful staff continental options
I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. The staff was very kind and helpful. They addressed my questions promptly. Breakfast had several continental options, which I enjoyed. I stayed for six nights. My expectations were certainly met.
The corridor was somewhat noisy. I could hear doors slam at times.

My Beautiful Room offered adequate space. It felt cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities seemed new, it was all totally clean. I was very happy.

metro station helpful staff unexpected friend thin pillows noisy corridor slamming doors
the location was good, near a metro station.
The pillows were quite thin, i didn't find them very supportive. the corridor was a bit noisy as well. Doors often slammed shut.

the staff was helpful. the cleanliness was on point. the location worked nice since it had close proximity to many places.
my tv remote didn't work correct. the bathroom lacked amenities other than a 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo. i found a bug on my bed, so it was not good.
