The hotel offers a buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. I found it acceptable.

I discovered a used razor blade in the bathroom. It was not mine. this oversight is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene.

the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. the cleaning lady was attentive to our room each day with little touches. the kind gentleman at the breakfast area entrance was also very cute to my family

the beds were two single beds joined together. i expected a double bed with proper sheets. the gym hasn't been well upkept i noticed some issues with the equipment.

Great Location Near Atocha

easy access friendly service perfect air conditioning sufficient choices

The location was a key factor, being very close to Atocha train station for easy access. The staff provided friendly service . The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, a welcome feature on hot days. The breakfast buffet offered enough choices to start the day well.

The gym was quite small and lacked a good variety of equipment.
