The 2-star boutique hotel is renovated, combining traditional architecture with modern conveniences. It is located near the gardens of Murillo in Avenida Menéndez y Pelayo, behind the Cano y Cueto 24-hour public car park. It is an Eco-friendly hotel dedicated to protecting the environment.

It is a 10-minute walk from Prado San Sebastian and a 20-minute walk from Seville-Santa Justa. From Seville airport, continue to the northeast by Madrid-Cádiz Highway. You can take the Bus C1 which stops in the Prado de San Sebastian or get off the bus at the stop in the ' Puerta de la Carne ', which will leave you about 100 meters from the hotel on foot. You can get off at the last stop in the Avenida de El Cid.
