The staff was very helpful. All spoke english, which helped a lot. the hotel sits right in the city center. It is not in the touristy part. the area is very nice and close to public transport and local restaurants.

the facilities are very basic, there were no tea or coffee making facilities. i also found no glasses for drinks. there was no waste bin either.
