i found the staff helpful and accommodating. the rooms were very clean (which i always appreciate). the breakfast offered a simple, good selection of items and i liked the underground parking. (it made everything easier)
the toilet doors did not have a lock, a minor inconvenience.

the hotel was very clean.
the room smelled of cigarettes. cigarette butts were on the balcony. the air conditioning did not work well so it was too hot at night.

the room was very clean. the bathroom design had a luxurious feel. the location is near a bus stop, i appreciate that. i found the breakfast delicious.
the air conditioning are old and didnt work very well, so the room was too hot at night. the photos of the room dont seem to match reality. the toilet didnt flush properly, i was very frustrated with that.
