The location WAS perfect near the Plaza de España. The room was clean and large and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices.
The hotel seemed a little dated, though I still enjoyed my time there.

The room featured simple but clean decor. It had a super comfy bed. A large room safe was available. It was big enough for a laptop. An empty fridge was provided, allowing guests to store their own items.

A coffee machine was available 24/7 in reception for caffeine needs. The breakfast room had a good atmosphere and offered quality food choices. I appreciate the variety of items available each morning during breakfast.

Staff members were friendly. They helped me book a taxi promptly. The front desk personnel were helpful and ready to assist with requests. The hotel accommodated an early check-in at 11 AM, maximizing visit time.

The location is very convenient to the Plaza de España (it's just a short walk away). I also found the breakfast to be very good with many different options (I especially liked the variety).
The room lacked power sockets near the bed, inconvenient. I also found the bathroom shower holder to be broken (it was not usable).
