charming stay with unexpected perks
convenient location excellent service complimentary snacks free upgrade
i found the location very convenient near restaurants and tourist sites. the staff provided excellent service assisting with taxis and directions. i received complimentary snacks and also a free upgrade to a room. the breakfast buffet included meats cheese cereals fresh fruit juices breads and pastries.
the minibar prices seemed a little high compared to local shop prices around the hotel.

hotel personnel treated me very well. staff promptly addressed requests and demonstrated helpful attitudes. the team worked to ensure a smooth and pleasant visit. i found their attentiveness particularly amazing.

free minibar helpful staff late noise poor sound insulation
i found the room quite spacious it included a free minibar filled with soft drinks and beer. the staff members were both friendly and quite helpful .
there was noise from a nearby bar that continued late into the night until 4 am. the sound insulation was not very good i could clearly hear noises from other rooms.
