the location is very close to the bus stop I took direct buses to the airport and santa cruz my room was large and airy it had a balcony and free toiletries like shampoo

The staff was very helpful. They quickly addressed a chair request for our room. The location proved advantageous, providing simple access to the bus station for our early morning trip to El Medano. There was also a supermarket very close, I did not need to worry about getting supplies. Breakfast was easy to find, with several nearby places.
I found the lack of soundproofing somewhat bothersome. Noises from adjacent rooms and the corridor were easily audible. I wish I would have had a better sleep. It was a small inconvenience.

The location is super convenient! It is right by the bus terminal! The room I had included free toiletries like shampoo. Jorge at reception was very friendly, which I appreciated!
My room had no view. It was functional, but a bit bland. I wish I had a better outlook!
