the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in, the bar, and the restaurant.. the breakfast had wide choices. dinner was excellent value.
the bedroom had small flies everywhere though the window remained closed for my stay.

the staff displayed genuine friendliness and created a very comfortable environment for my daughter. breakfast and the evening meal were both excellent. the hotel had ample on-site parking in a very convenient location.
i had difficulty contacting reception and the bar using the in-room phone. the phone went unanswered despite multiple attempts over an hour. there were flies in the room even though the window remained closed during my entire stay.

the location proved convenient. it worked well as a stopover before traveling to holyhead the next day.
i was informed about room service. i attempted to contact reception and the bar using the in-room phone. no one answered despite multiple tries over an hour, it was annoying.
