spacious roomhelpful staff
the room was quite spacious (i stayed in a beautiful room), which was definitely a plus. the location is convenient, close to grand central station. the staff was helpful with luggage storage before check-in, which i found convenient. also, the water pressure in the shower was strong.

The room was quite spacious. It included a fridge. The shower had good water pressure, which i appreciated. The location made it easy to walk to several destinations.
There were patched holes in the walls. The hotel charged a fee for luggage storage, not disclosed earlier. i found these issues inconvenient.

i loved that the hotel's location was amazing. grand central terminal was a short walk. we easily accessed the subway. the room was also super spacious and comfortable. the bed was soft and cozy. the staff was nice and helpful.
the copos de papelão were not replaced, but i found a workaround.
