Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The location was acceptable and allowed easy access to several attractions.

The room was not properly cleaned one day. Staff left sheets and towels on an unmade bed. The existing dirty towels were left in the shower. When I requested a flat sheet, the front desk employee sighed and said it wasn't cool that we called down so many times.
