The included breakfast service was wonderful. it was very convenient to have a wide variety available each morning. the location is also fantastic for accessing the subway. It is very close to the train station, which i appreciated!!!
the bathroom was not as clean as i would have preferred. i also noticed some workmen completed work and did not clean up afterward, a bit inconvenient for me. i think the hotel needs some maintenance, especially in the bathroom!!!

Breakfast was fabulous. there was so much choice and specials each day. i appreciated the laundry facilities. It was convenient to wash clothes .
The room was hot. I noticed there was no air conditioning or fan available.

the breakfast offered a reasonable selection. the guest lounge on level 2 provided a comfy spot for reading. the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
the room felt warm and lacked air conditioning or a fan. this made it difficult to regulate the temperature, especially at night. it affected sleep quality.

The hotel is near a subway station across the street. It allows convenient access to different parts of the city. it is within walking distance to madison square park and the flatiron district, which adds to its appeal. major attractions are accessible.
