Hyatt House New York/Chelsea provides 150 air-conditioned rooms. Every room features air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Rooms also come with a flat-screen TV and a work desk. I stayed in a studio suite with a kitchen. It included a full-sized fridge and microwave. the room was very clean. i also enjoyed the rooftop access. The views were AMAZING!!!

The location was excellent for seeing attractions. I walked to many places I wanted to visit, and subway access was close (it was convenient). The breakfast had many options. I found something different to eat each morning (the waffles were tasty).

I did notice some noise late at night from other guests. Hallways sometimes echoed (I could hear conversations). The gym was small. It only had a limited number of machines for a hotel this size.

the suite was very spacious. i also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen it had a large fridge freezer hob dishwasher and microwave. the washing machine was a lifesaver after a few days of travel

the breakfast options felt somewhat limited it lacked variety in hot dishes.

Solid Choice with Great Amenities

The room included a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. I also found a hob and microwave oven in the kitchen. The washing machines were a godsend (a real bonus for longer stays).

This caused some delays when trying to get to and from my room. I had to wait longer than expected a couple of times.

The hotel provides breakfast with three hot options that rotate daily. These include eggs, pancakes, sausages, and potatoes. Guests can find various cereals, muffins, fruit, toast and yogurts too. The gym offers exercise equipment with a view.

The front desk staff provides support with taxis to the airport. Staff quickly assisted with storing luggage in a locked room after checkout. The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard.

Two subway stations are within a short walk, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. There is also a McDonalds just outside the building (convenient for a quick snack). A 7-Eleven store sits across the road.
