The location was excellent. I walked easily to major attractions within 30 minutes. The front staff was helpful with directions. The room was quiet and well kept. The AC worked very well. I found great value for being so close to Times Square.

There was no waiting. the staff was cute and helpful.. hector at the front desk provided great support. i found the location convenient for accessing public transport.

The location was central. It was easy to walk to many attractions and train stations. The food downstairs was also good. I found it very convenient.
The room was not cleaned, and the beds were not. I was disappointed with the service. There was also no replenishment of coffee on the second morning.
