Excellent Experience with Fantastic Staff
friendly staff personal connection extensive activities
The hotel staff were friendly. The front desk ensured my needs were met and established a personal connection. The all-inclusive activities were extensive. A catamaran sailing ride was included and very enjoyable. The omelette bar had friendly cooks and great omelettes.
The hotel did not provide a commentary drink upon arrival. The room was not ready until 5:10 pm, quite late. I was not very happy with the wait time.
