The Butterfly Beach Hotel has a 5-storey East Wing with Deluxe Studios (Island View and Ocean View) and two Deluxe 2-Bedroom Apartments. The 4-storey West Wing offers Superior and Deluxe Studios (Pool View), Superior One Bedroom Apartments, and one Deluxe Penthouse. Elevators service both wings. The central wing has Room Mixed View units (stair access only). All rooms and studios include air-conditioning, cable TV, telephones, free WiFi, tiled showers, electronic safes, and ceiling fans. Rooms have either two twin beds or one king bed (available on request; Deluxe Ocean and Pool View Studios and Mixed View Rooms offer one king bed only). Connecting rooms are available for families. Studio units feature kitchenettes with a 2 or 4 ring stovetop, microwave, small refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, and crockery. Rooms include a mini-refrigerator and kettle. One and Two bedroom Apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. Deluxe Studios include a flat-screen TV, and upgraded kitchen, bathroom, bedding, furniture, and lighting.

The Reef Bar & Grill is the hotel's restaurant and bar, serving Caribbean cuisine. The restaurant is open 7 days a week, from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. The Reef Bar and Grill includes Lavazza coffee, fish tacos, and margaritas. The hotel offers a deck overlooking the ocean and an inside seating area with a TV. Guests can swim directly off the beach in the clear blue water of the South Coast. Other options for leisure include two South-facing sundecks, the pool area, jacuzzis, and the Coconut Grove Grass Courtyard.
