inefficient air conditioning limited entertainment

The air conditioning in my room barely functioned. It struggled to keep the room cool, even on the lowest setting. The limited kids' entertainment was also a disappointment. The small playground lacked variety and was not up to par with what I expected from a four-star hotel. it wasn't awful (but I expected more).

the food selection was disappointing i had expected more variety and better quality the dining area felt cramped and often crowded i wish there had been more space to move around comfortably during meal times the noise level was also quite high.
