inadequate staff security breach
The access to the beach was quite convenient. It offered lovely views.
The staff at check-in did not acknowledge me properly. i observed other guests get welcome drinks, but i did not receive one. the room door was also left open while i slept. I reported it, but the culprit was not identified..

poor air conditioning dated bathrooms
the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cheeses and pastries.
the air conditioning was poor in both the room and corridors. it was noisy with no temperature control. the rooms and bathrooms are dated and the bed quality was ridiculous as it moved around every time i turned at night.

small tv poor air conditioning
the breakfast was pretty good and a bed was comfortable, so i guess it was fine.
there was noise a lot. the tv in my room felt really small at only 25 inches. the air conditioning barely worked, a problem when i tried to sleep. i am sad
