lovely Hotel Experience
bus stoplive musicair conditioning
the location near the bus stop was useful, it makes exploring very easy. i found the live music night enjoyable, especially during happy hour at the bar. the pool area had a very quiet atmosphere and i spent much time enjoying it. the staff seemed friendly to me.
the air conditioning seemed ineffective in my room, i found it difficult to adjust the temperature. this made the room uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. i hope they address this issue .

the shuttle service from the airport operated without trouble and was simple to use. i found staff members were very resourceful when i had questions. i am grateful for their responsiveness.

The room included two twin beds. I appreciated a convenient Spar supermarket directly across the street. The bus stop located next to the hotel made transportation easy.
The safe in the room required a fee, which I found slightly inconvenient.

the room was clean i found the bed comfortable it was nice to have a spotlessly clean room staff were very friendly. i was happy with the room itself i felt it was well-kept.
the air conditioning leaked on the floor this was a problem throughout my stay the shower temperature was inconsistent i had trouble adjusting it to a comfortable level.

i found some issues . the shower had inconsistent water temperature. it fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. the lights on the external stairs were not working at night, it was a safety concern.

i found the staff response lackluster when asking about local attractions. i expected more helpful information.
