lovely Hotel Experience
bus stop live music
the location near the bus stop was useful, it makes exploring very easy. i found the live music night enjoyable, especially during happy hour at the bar. the pool area had a very quiet atmosphere and i spent much time enjoying it. the staff seemed friendly to me.
the air conditioning seemed ineffective in my room, i found it difficult to adjust the temperature. this made the room uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. i hope they address this issue .

the shuttle service from the airport operated without trouble and was simple to use. i found staff members were very resourceful when i had questions. i am grateful for their responsiveness.

twin beds convenient supermarket easy transportation
The room included two twin beds. I appreciated a convenient Spar supermarket directly across the street. The bus stop located next to the hotel made transportation easy.
The safe in the room required a fee, which I found slightly inconvenient.

friendly staff clean room leaking air conditioning inconsistent shower
the room was clean i found the bed comfortable it was nice to have a spotlessly clean room staff were very friendly. i was happy with the room itself i felt it was well-kept.
the air conditioning leaked on the floor this was a problem throughout my stay the shower temperature was inconsistent i had trouble adjusting it to a comfortable level.

mixed experience at the hotel
inconsistent water temperature broken staircase lights
i found some issues . the shower had inconsistent water temperature. it fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. the lights on the external stairs were not working at night, it was a safety concern.

prime location nice pool basic room
location was prime because it was close to the beach and shops. the pool was good for a swim, not too crowded. the rooms were basic, however they remained clean .
i found the staff response lackluster when asking about local attractions. i expected more helpful information.

housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and kept the room tidy. the reception staff answered questions regarding check-in and check-out processes promptly, but could not address any further questions. service was limited.
