great location clean room decent size

The location is great with a park just across the street. I appreciated the short walk to restaurants and shops (it's really convenient). The room was clean and a decent size.

The bathroom door did not close properly.

the location was great near the river. it was easy to access many attractions.

The room was too small. there was no bin inside the room, quite inconvenient. also, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They said it was set to a fixed temperature, so i couldn't adjust it to cool the room enough.

Super Helpful Staff!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! I needed bus information to my next stop and a staff member printed schedules for me. They even translated details so i could catch the right bus. The location rocks too. It's close to everything i wanted to see.

I missed having water in the room. It would be nice to have that available, even if i had to pay for it.

great location clean room good breakfast

The hotel had a great location, it was very safe. The park across the street was nice, and a Burger King with gluten-free buns was nearby. The breakfast buffet was good, and the room was clean. I was allowed to check in early.

The shower floor was VERY slippery and did not have a mat. There were no outlets near the bed to charge my phone. The room also lacked a coffee maker.

The STAFF were friendly and spoke excellent English. The staff was very helpful with directions. I appreciated that they accommodated an early check-in request that day. The staff gave me directions and bus schedules.

The continental breakfast included fresh fruit salad. There was PLENTY to choose from each morning. Scrambled eggs were available every day. I got juice, coffee and many options for toast with jam.

Basement parking was onsite, IT was convenient and safe. A park sits directly across the street. The location is downtown on the river. The hotel is very near many shops and restaurants.

The location was very convenient near the historical center. i found the breakfast options quite nice. the staff was helpful. I really appreciated their assistance.

i was disappointed that the room was not cleaned well. there was a lot of dust, and i experienced allergies. the bathroom door did not close properly. i had to ask for it to be looked at.

Solid Hotel Near the River

great location fresh salad

The hotel sits in a great spot near the river. I liked that it was about 200m from the main square. The continental breakfast offered plenty of choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad.
