admiring stay
good location comfortable rooms excellent food
the hotel has a good location near the beach, shops, restaurants, and local transport. i appreciated the comfortable public areas and rooms, cleaned to an immaculate standard. the food offered excellent quality, was well cooked, and included lots of choice. all inclusive service is very good with a wide choice of drinks and cocktails, ices, biscuits, cakes, fruits and sandwiches.
my room was next to a loud bar, which caused sleep disruption. i asked reception if i could move, but they told me they had no more rooms available. reception staff were very rude to me when i asked to move, ignoring me after my repeated requests and pleas.

the hotel includes a pool area with ample chairs. there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is a short five-minute walk away. the public areas were comfortable.

the staff across all areas were really good. everyone was friendly and efficient (especially the bar manager!). the reception staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions that i had.

efficient cleaning gala dinner
The cleaning was very efficient. Rooms were cleaned when many guests were at breakfast. i especially loved gala night (thursdays) with duck and orange sauce (i loved it!).
i noticed the gym was quite small for the size of the hotel.
