a decent stay overall
helpful staff clean room coffee shop loud people small room no explanation
The staff were helpful. i got a large comfortable room, and it was very clean. the downstairs living room felt more like a coffee shop. That suited me.
the room i received faced a stairwell. throughout the night i could hear people using the stairs, talking loudly. the door slamming kept waking me up during the night. the toilet paper ran out, and i found the room quite small for the price i paid. there was also no explanation about the welcome drink or soup.

Excellent Stay Near the Station
public transportation helpful staff luggage storage smooth process
I found the hotel very close to public transportation. The staff were professional and helpful. They also let us store our luggage safely both before check-in and after check-out. The process for both check-in and check-out went smoothly.
The parking nearby was a bit expensive!

Free soup was available during the day. I really liked that touch. The breakfast offered a large selection. The coffee served was good so I always had something available to drink.

I liked the safe located in the room, as it provided added security. The air conditioning was effective. Light-tight curtains were installed and I found this very useful. The spa NAVISH is situated downstairs.

the location was convenient (close to the train station). i liked that the staff were friendly.
the room was too small. i could hear noises, especially from outside. also, the promised view was not what i expected, it was of nearby bus stops (this was really annoying).

some issues with the room and spa
nonexistent spa external company
the description mentioned a spa, i thought for a small fee of €7, i could use it. it turned out that there was no actual spa. instead, wellness treatments were available only through an external company. then, on the last day, i discovered a sauna, but it cost €18.. i felt a bit misled.

Truly Fine Stay
hot water comfortable bed clean bathroom
The Extra Large Double Room were great. Hot water flow quickly when I turned on the shower, so nice. The bed and the space were supremely comfortable. The bathroom were clean and well equipped.
The room were small and cost too much. I needed to ask for welcome drink. There were no explanation how everything works.

convenient location cute touch effective air conditioning comfortable bed
The location is convenient, steps from the train station (making travel easy!). I appreciated the complimentary soup served upon arrival, a very cute touch. My room included a safe and effective air conditioning. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after long days.
The street outside was somewhat noisy. Keeping the window closed was necessary.
