ideal location good breakfast missing mini fridge overall satisfaction
the location was acceptable (it is near the main square). breakfast was also fine.
the room lacked a mini fridge, which i find essential for storing drinks. i had to go to a nearby shop to buy water. this inconvenience affected my overall satisfaction.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea both in the rooms and in the restaurant. A guest feels welcomed here. The location provides convenient access to the town hall. Exploring the center by foot is very easy from here.
The soundproofing could be better. Street noise was noticeable in the room.

adequate but underwhelming
dark room small bathroom
the location was very central (a definite plus for exploring).
My room was quite dark and uninviting. I felt it needed brighter, warmer lighting. i ended up spending as little time in the room as possible because of this. the bathroom also felt small and lacked sufficient light.

friendly staff tv channels gluten-free choices
the staff was quite friendly at check-in. my room had a tv with several channels. breakfast had multiple options (including gluten-free choices).
the soundproofing was slightly insufficient, i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The staff seemed helpful. The location felt very central. I found a lift and stairs. The coffee maker allowed for an early start.
I found the room number missing. The grout needed more cleaning! The room was dark because of spotlights. Unpacking became difficult because of that.

poor noise cancellation noisy air conditioning
Location was acceptable. It sits near the town hall, allowing exploration of the centre by foot.
I did not appreciate some problems. The room had poor noise cancellation. The air conditioning made a lot of noise and I had to shut it off, not ideal.

broken window shades dirty armchair
The room was small. The broken window shades were a real issue. there was also a dirty armchair in the room. I saw lots of stains on it. the receptionist was not really helpful! she looked tired. i won't be staying again
