great stay at this hotel!
modern room spacious room comfy bed convenient access
The room was very modern and spacious. I found the bed to be very comfy. The carpark underneath the hotel offered direct access to our room and reception via the lift. It was VERY convenient. I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. It included everything I could wish for.
The gym was somewhat small. It only had a few pieces of equipment

The rooftop restaurant offered beautiful scenery. The breakfast included many options. The restaurant also functions as a bar in the evening. Its atmosphere is fantastic.

The location was perfect! It was in the center of the city, near many tourist spots. I reached those spots easily by foot. The hotel offered secure bike storage as well.

The room included complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar. I found a great shower there. I also liked that the rooms were large and clean, they created a really good impression.

broken air conditioning dirty bedsheets
The rooftop bar offered a nice view in the evening.
I was quite frustrated with the air conditioning situation. I booked a room with air conditioning, but it was broken upon arrival. Staff only offered a fan as a solution, so I suffered in the heat. To add insult to injury, I also found hair on the bedsheets. The experience felt unacceptable.

i found the staff quite helpful. i really liked the modern, clean style. the hotel location was convenient for city access. the free mini bar included was a nice touch.
There was no clarity about parking fees. the receptionist received us very dry while chewing gum. the air conditioning didn't work from the first day. It was a hot august.
