The hotel provides a clean and spacious room. The breakfast is good. It offers a good variety. The coffee was also delicious. The staff were friendly. They are professional and assist with any inquiries I had. Room service was great, and the hotel keeps all areas clean.

The bathroom door lacked complete privacy. This was a minor inconvenience. I was not expecting this setup.

the room faced a noisy street and the soundproofing was inadequate. i was disturbed by traffic noise throughout the night. furthermore, the air conditioning system was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.

The staff were helpful. That was really appreciated.

The room smelled strongly of mothballs when i entered. This was quite unpleasant and made it hard to relax. I did not ask to change rooms since it was already late.
