The room size was good. It had a double bed. i had tea and hot chocolate available in my room, a nice touch. the building's architecture felt quaint and unique.

the location was acceptable, being central to everything.
I was disappointed by the lack of on-site staff. Contacting them required multiple phone calls. the shared bathroom on the top floor was inconvenient (it was four flights of stairs up) and frequently occupied by other guests. (it was like a hostel).

I stayed for several nights and found the location amazing. It was right in the heart of the city, so everything was easily accessible. My room included a kettle and a selection of tea and hot chocolate, a lovely addition. I also appreciated the shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom. It saved me from packing my own.
The ceiling was VERY low in some areas. I had to duck to avoid hitting my head. This might be uncomfortable for taller guests.

The building included quaint features, a characteristic of cottage-style architecture. Netflix was available on the tv. This provided ample entertainment during downtime. Guests could also find complimentary tea and hot chocolate in their rooms.

The guest house offered great proximity to many sights. The Ashmolean and Christchurch Meadow were within a short walk. Pubs, restaurants, and colleges were all easily accessible by foot. It was GREAT.

The beautiful double room with a shower featured comfortable bedding. There were plentiful, clean, big towels. I loved the spaciousness of my room. It gave me room to move around freely.

The shower was not good. The water pressure fluctuated significantly. the ventilation in the bathroom was excessively loud. It was difficult to ignore, especially at night. I also noticed some dust and marks on the walls in the room. The room overall seemed a bit worn.

i stayed for several nights. the location was really central. the room was quiet despite the central location. i appreciated having ironing available in the laundry room.
the staff wasnt always available. it was sometimes difficult to reach them. this made some requests a bit slow.
