The spa facilities are accessible for long hours, which i found very convenient. my room was separate and spacious. That was very nice. the amenities provided were excellent and met my needs.

the mattress felt a little HARD, so i did not sleep well.

the hotel breakfast includes a packed meal from a bakery. it is a GREAT way to start the day before exploring the city. various restaurants are located close to the hotel.

the hotel offers a sento bath, VERY nice after a travel day. the onsen and sauna facilities are both excellent for relaxation. i had access to welcome drinks at NO charge.

the location IS convenient, on the main street. it's a short bus ride from the station. major sightseeing points are accessible by foot or bus. ohmicho fish market is close by.

Excellent Stay, Cleanliness and Location Shine!

The location next to the bus stop was really useful. This made getting around simple. I found the onsen a great addition after a day of sightseeing, so relaxing! The staff were helpful and the whole place was very clean, what a bonus.

unclean bath grime filled sinks

The front desk staff seemed friendly and helpful. Pajamas, towels, and toiletries were available.

The shared bath was quite unclean. i stayed a few nights and noticed the same dark particles floating in the water each day. the sinks near my pod also had grime, even after their cleaning time. It felt quite unpleasant.
