The spa facilities are accessible for long hours, which i found very convenient. my room was separate and spacious. That was very nice. the amenities provided were excellent and met my needs.

The location next to the bus stop was really useful. This made getting around simple. I found the onsen a great addition after a day of sightseeing, so relaxing! The staff were helpful and the whole place was very clean, what a bonus.

The front desk staff seemed friendly and helpful. Pajamas, towels, and toiletries were available.

The shared bath looked quite unclean. i stayed a few nights and noticed the same dark particles floating in the water each day. the sinks near my pod also had grime, even after their cleaning time. It felt quite unpleasant.
