convenient stay

great location washing machine

the location is great near markets and the castle (it was easy to explore). the staff offered essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste. i found a washing machine on my floor and that helped a lot. i would stay again.

i noticed the hotel does not provide ladies' amenities such as toning water. these are common in other hotels. i would like to see them added in the future.

limited breakfast items inadequate housekeeping service

The breakfast was not up to par. it was served in the italian restaurant next door, though it lacked essential items. there was no orange juice, cold cuts, or cheese available. This was disappointing, the rooms weren't cleaned daily. instead, they left a bag with clean towels, so i had to request a proper service, though the price did not reflect this.

the location is great. it's situated close to the castle and other places of interest. the hotel is very clean. the staff were lovely and the hotel offered essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste, it was a nice touch.

the rooms are a little small. there were few amenities in the room. i feel it was not a great value for money. i expected a bit more for the price i paid.

Excellent central location!

ample space central location friendly staff

The standard twin room, with two separate beds, provided ample space. It suited our needs perfectly, especially traveling with a baby as we did need a baby cot. Its central location meant all attractions were within a short walk. Staff members were friendly.

I found that the price I paid initially did not include all costs. Extra payments were required for parking and municipal taxes. It came as a surprise to me. the parking fee applied even to the hotel's own parking spaces.

Service

The reception staff was helpful in providing directions. They were also very responsive to requests for extra amenities. I saw a staff member assist another guest with their luggage, showing attentiveness.
