the location is great. it's situated close to the castle and other places of interest. the hotel is very clean. the staff were lovely and the hotel offered essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste, it was a nice touch.

the rooms are a little small. there were few amenities in the room. i feel it was not a great value for money. i expected a bit more for the price i paid.

Excellent central location!

The standard twin room, with two separate beds, provided ample space. It suited our needs perfectly, especially traveling with a baby as we did need a baby cot. Its central location meant all attractions were within a short walk. Staff members were friendly.

I found that the price I paid initially did not include all costs. Extra payments were required for parking and municipal taxes. It came as a surprise to me. the parking fee applied even to the hotel's own parking spaces.

The reception staff was helpful in providing directions. They were also very responsive to requests for extra amenities. I saw a staff member assist another guest with their luggage, showing attentiveness.
