great onsen friendly staff excellent english

I ADORED the location. It's close to the castle and park. Staff members were friendly. They spoke excellent English. The on-site onsen was GREAT!!!

There were not many restaurants close by.

amazing buffet japanese cuisine helpful staff

I was impressed by the AMAZING breakfast buffet! It included many choices of both Western and Japanese cuisine. The staff was super helpful. They attended to every need. The room was clean, and it included a coffee machine.

I found that there were not many shops near the hotel.

Really good Stay Near the Park

great location complimentary water

i found the hotel's location perfect, very close to major attractions. the natural indoor hot springs were a great amenity, especially with yukata provided. unlimited ice cream and yakult were available. complimentary water and tea were provided daily.

the hotel decor felt a bit dated, with old carpets and light fixtures. the lobby's furniture felt heavy, dark, and old-fashioned. i think some modernization would improve the overall experience.

the staff offered excellent and friendly service. the front desk provided a quick and pleasant check-in and checkout. i appreciated the yamato service for luggage handling and the shuttle bus to the train station.

My beautiful twin room was very clean and spacious. complimentary drinks were provided in the small bar. I enjoyed them daily. the imabari towels were a luxurious touch, appreciated after a long day.

tiffany windows live music perfect location dated decor old carpet heavy furniture

The hotel's lobby has Tiffany windows. They are lovely. Live music was performed in the evening, it was excellent. The location is perfect next to the castle and gardens.

The hotel has dated decor. Old carpets and light fixtures exist. The furniture is heavy and dark. Asian breakfast has many options, however Western fare receives little effort.
