the staff were friendly and cute upon arrival. a 24/7 reception was very useful, especially since my flight landed early. a free airport shuttle offered great convenience. the hotel gave a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for my short stay.
the pool slide looked a bit dangerous, so caution is advised if children use it.

The location offers quick access to the airport. The gardens are kept in good condition, with clear paths to all rooms. The staff offered a cute juice. My kids liked the waterslide a lot.

The room had two beds and a small table, useful for working. The bathroom included basic toiletries, it was sufficient for a short stay. There was air conditioning in the room, it kept the temperature regulated.

The airport shuttle arrived fast. The staff at reception provided maps, they were helpful for planning trips. The restaurant staff was responsive, they always asked if I required something more.

The hotel's location is super convenient. I enjoyed the complimentary juice drink upon arrival. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of options. The pool area has safe shallow spaces perfect for children. There is also a water slide that is loads of fun for both kids and adults. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport.
The absence of a phone in the room made it difficult to contact services.

The staff are attentive and helpful. The airport shuttle runs frequently, ensuring quick transfers. Lisa was amazing for looking after our children, while we were having a body massage (a great unexpected bonus!).

My Studio was spacious. The room included included toiletries. Air conditioning worked well, maintaining a cool and comfortable temperature. The room was pre-cooled before my arrival which I found was very nice.

The restaurant staff were nice. I found them to be attentive, frequently checking on my needs. The food was enjoyable. Arieta made amazing coffee. I will remember that for a while!
