Underwhelming Stay, Needs Some Work

musty smelldeep water

Our room smelled musty upon arrival. The floor felt sticky. It took about five hours to switch rooms. I had to carry my own towels to speed things up. The new room was close to the stairs. Resort staff shouted very early in the morning. Earplugs helped a bit. Other guests mentioned water dripping from their ceilings. developed chest infections. The boat snorkeling trip was not enjoyable because the water was too deep and rough.
