the bula express made it easy to get around, very handy when it was too hot to walk back to the room. friendly staff always greeted me with a bula and a smile, it. the food options were excellent, i found the quality to be high.
I found some inconsistencies in the service. I was expecting a more polished experience for the price i paid.

honestly, i was a bit disappointed in the condition. our upgraded room looked like something from a 2-star hotel in a developing country. there was rust everywhere and the room was not pleasant. i think the resort really needs some love.

the staff was very friendly. they went out of their way to make adjustments to our requests. i also loved the daily room cleaning with chocolate on my pillow.. it was a sweet touch. the resort is spread out, so the bula bus made getting around very convenient.
i found connecting to the wifi a bit slow at times. it took longer than expected.

this location is near the marina. one can walk easily from the marina. it is especially useful if you plan on doing some excursions from there. the site has beautiful landscaped gardens and a picturesque beachfront too.

our room was spacious and clean. it had a modern bathroom and a private balcony with a great ocean view. we loved the comfortable bed and slept very well. the room included a washer and dryer and free laundry detergent.

the resort is well maintained and the staff are very friendly i found the rooms to be spacious the pools are great for relaxation i would consider staying here again the grounds were kept in great shape
i noticed some areas need more thorough cleaning specifically in the main restaurant
