great variety high-quality ingredients nespresso coffee room cleanliness dirty towels crumbs under bed
The breakfast had great variety and high-quality ingredients. I especially liked the lactose-free options. Fresh fruit and a large selection of hot dishes. I was pleased about Nespresso coffee available in the reception area.
The room cleanliness was not great. I felt dirty because I saw hairs all over the new towels. I found crumbs and dust under the bed. The cleaning was not thorough at all.

helpful staff great breakfast light supper central location
The staff were always very helpful. breakfast had a great variety. i even got a light supper. It was unexpected but welcome! i've stayed at other hotels and would recommend them. the location is central. I found it easy to get around.
the hairdryer was available in the room, but i found the bathroom a little small for my preference.

the staff was willing to answer all my questions and provide advice. they also had a room available to store my luggage after i checked out. this service made my departure easier.

the breakfast buffet had a wide choice of dishes. i appreciated the variety of food options available. it included both hot and cold items, offering something for everyone to enjoy each morning.

the room had dark curtains which were helpful for sleep. i also appreciated the teapot and fridge provided in the room. these amenities were very convenient for making drinks and storing snacks.

comfy bed spacious bathroom convenient location
the bed was comfy. the bathroom had heated floor and was spacious. the hotel was a convenient location and close to everything i need for my trip.
breakfast was very stressful due to the sheer amount of people and lack of tables.
