amazing stay! everything was spot on!

the location was superb! it made it simple to get everywhere i needed to go. the staff gave a free room upgrade when i arrived. it, the room was cleaned daily. the kitchen and shower were excellent!

the noise was an issue. the hotel is right by the street, and i was on the second floor. even with the windows shut, i heard noise from cars, music, and people. earplugs are available, but it impacted my sleep.

the room had a well equipped kitchenette where i could easily cook meals. there was even a coffee capsule with a coffee machine. the room was comfortable and very clean. the shower facilities were also excellent!

the location is very convenient. it is a short walk to the city centre and harbour and meet up points for day tours. it is close to restaurants and a convenient supermarket. the airport bus service is also near, avoiding the need for taxis.

the receptionist was really helpful. they helped book a taxi when i needed one. the ladies at reception were friendly and provided useful information. they really cared about my visit and ensuring that all my needs were met.

the hotel provided free coffee and cookies in the lobby which was amazing. the hotel also has a machine for early check outs in the morning which is very convenient. free wifi is available throughout the building. i enjoyed using the available amenities!

The location was a huge plus. it is right in the city center and I could walk to everything. the room included all the amenities needed for a short stay. It was quite convenient.

the double room was very small, and the headboard was for a single bed. the tv was above the bed. there was only one chair AVAILABLE.

The location was indeed central. I could walk to most places i wanted to see.

The room was a bit of a letdown. It felt quite basic and the bed was too soft for my liking, i seemed to roll into the middle every night. also, the bathroom had very limited space to put toiletries, inconvenient. it didn't quite feel worth the price i paid.

the location was acceptable. it was easy enough to get around from there.

I was disappointed that the shower was so small. I barely moved when i used soap. then, someone knocked on my door around 12:30 am one night and woke me up. it was a scary experience.
