the breakfast buffet was acceptable. it had loads to choose from.

I had an poor experience. reception staff showed no empathy and blamed me for a problem created by incorrect information. i was told the only option was to book an additional room close to my son's. I agreed, only to later discover i had been charged extra. my complaint was ignored.

The breakfast buffet was extensive. It featured many options. The heated floor in the bathroom added a comfort. I liked the selection of channels on the large TV. I found the staff helpful and responsive to questions. They secured a taxi for my departure with ease. I enjoyed the hotel's central location, with easy access to local attractions. The hotel connects to the Egon restaurant, so eating there was seamless. I really appreciated that.

The housekeeping service was occasionally inconsistent, requiring a request for fresh towels.

the room was never properly cleaned of several days that is unacceptable i had to ask multiple times for fresh towels and the room service staff were rude this level of service does not justify the high price i paid the housekeeping standards must improve

The location was central. Easy access to various attractions. the breakfast had diverse and delicious options. i was impressed by the attention to detail with gluten-free choices. i saw they even had a gluten-free toaster.

the room cleaning was not up to standard, which bothered me. the floor was not cleaned adequately . i mentioned this issue to the receptionist several times, but it seemed unaddressed.

The location was very convenient to the main shopping street. restaurants, bars, and shops were close. finding the hotel and tour pickup locations was easy. the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly.

The room cleaning was substandard. Dust accumulated visibly. the toilets received only superficial cleaning. this was not addressed despite my mentions to the receptionist several times.

The hotel is in a very central location. it is easily accessible from the airport by bus. the breakfast buffet included excellent choices and quality food. i liked the lounge. It had free tea, coffee, sparkling water, and a shuffleboard table.

the hotel lacked additional facilities. it didn't have good vibes like the thon nidaros in trondheim.
