lovely hidden gem

pristine location friendly owner thai touch clean room

the location is pristine and simple i found it very unpretentious. the owners and staff are genuinely friendly i thought they were very hospitable. i also appreciated the food with a little touch of thai. it was very welcome after hiking.

the rooms were a little dated i think but they were super clean and cozy for sleeping

the staff was friendly. food was excellent, i tried a steak pie. my room got cleaned daily. single malt selection was good too.

the road to the village its a bit narrow.

the hotel sits in a conservation village, so its peaceful. it's not far from glen affric, perfect for walks around the loch. the setting is quiet away from busy civilisation.

good breakfast excellent chef nice area pricey drinks small tv narrow road

The breakfast was good. The chef did an excellent job. I liked that the area around the hotel is nice for walking. It is also close to Glen Affric and Plodda Falls.

The drinks were pricey. They even ran out of cider . I found the TV in the room to be very small. The narrow one lane road made access to the village difficult.

the room they gave me felt pretty small. the interior didn't look like they have updated it in ages, real old. there's this narrow one lane road to get there too, a real pain.

The king-size room was a great size. The jacuzzi bath added a luxurious touch. Breakfast was delicious with a great chef. The garden was useful for my dog.
